The result: national bylines, podcast appearances reaching up to 100,000 monthly listeners, and a career trajectory that led to leading a new venture capital fund and earning a spot on Constellation Research's Business Transformation 150 two years running.

Six competing home accent brands. One custom Pantone color created exclusively for the campaign. A SoHo loft redesigned by nationally recognized interior designers and unveiled during New York Design Week. My role: brand voice, copy across every channel, and the same immersive ghostwriting process that turned Schlage's Industrial Design Manager into the brand's newly appointed Style and Design Chief — who went on to be featured in the Washington Post.

Building an AI-Ready Organization from the Inside

AI was already in the building, but scattered, informal, and unmeasured. I led a 90-day initiative to change that: conducting team interviews, building a prioritized opportunity map, launching an AI knowledge hub, and developing custom GPTs that changed how the team worked with technically complex clients. In three months, active AI usage across the team grew from 20% to 50%, time saved per person doubled, and satisfaction scores climbed consistently month over month.

From Established Brand to Wellness Destination

An established tea brand wanted to enter the wellness conversation carefully, and without crossing into health claims territory. I developed their full brand voice platform, wrote copy for their entire US packaging line refresh, built and executed a content calendar, and produced A+ content for their complete Amazon catalog. The result: 43% more pageviews, 43% more revenue from blog landing pages, and the top-performing organic blog on the site.
